Scramble for Africa problem

Just bought PON and I also have the Scramble for Africa and Spanish American mods. The problem neither add-on shows up in the list of possible scenarios or in the front menu access where it says "select mod to play".
Any help appreciated. Thanks.

Have you installed the mods after the PON installation? If done so, the scenarios should show directly inside the list of playable scenarios in the menu. You just need to select the "New Game" menu and see them in the list

The DLC are not mods, they are scenarios, so keep using the standard game.
