Carolina Dept can no longer assault Fort Sumpter on first turn?

Polk can no longer assault Bowling Green on first turn?

When was this changed and why? I did not see this in the fix list...

weather is randomized each time we recreate the scenarios, but aside that ??? no I don't see anything. I will check that in game.

You can get there with a smaller force. It seems the command delay is preventing the whole force from marching to Sumter in 15 days. Not sure what changed.

the weather is only randomized at the end of each turn, or when WE recreate the scn file from the scripts. When you start a new game, it is not randomized. This is the why of the situation...

So you are saying it will always be like this on the first turn now?
