I think biggest change would be area restrictions for white factions that they can not enter theatres that they can maintain coordination in any militaristic way especially in pbem. This can necessitate objective valuation if necessary.

I completely disagree. No area restrictions should be put on White factions, they should have a greater capability to coordinate their effort and the White factions should be able to share supplies and give aid to each other.

Cossacks: a different story, yet the two main White factions should definitely be able to support each other by all possible means as allies.

Then with this perfect harmony there shouldn't be any green peasant uprising in volga ,kazan when there is small requisition. They should be more gracious with the land given to them.

Quote from fatal years manual:

"Kolchak was seen by Western Powers as the most serious candidate for Provisional Government. If they helped Denikin, they never considered Southern Whites as much on political side. Kolchak was very close to obtain this formal reconnaissance but military defeats denied him this title.
So if Kolchak is more victorious than in RL, he gets the reconnaissance and linking with Southern Whites, takes overall command, whatever the performance of the Southern faction, good or bad.
On the contrary, a defeated Kolchak will be far of the Volga and so the distance between the 2 White fac-tions will hinder communications so much a unified command is just physically impossible."

From what I understand, in fatal years mod unless Kolchak is victorious on the Siberian front he does not share reconnaissance knowledge and supplies with the Southern Whites. I disagree with this.

What I would support is to have Siberia and the South share supplies, when linked or when the troops of one stand on territory of the other. For example: Siberian Cossacks in Groznyi have the right to use supplies from the Southern White controlled Groznyi depot. Regardless of the military success on the Siberian front, since this has nothing to do with relations between the Siberians and South.

From British military officers diaries during RCW it was mentioned that Terek Cossacks were shipped to Turkestan to confront Arshabat Soviet which was currently threatened by Dutov Cossacks danger of encirclement. From reading this article I feel like cossacks in Caucasus should have Siberian faction for the area of operations. I remember Nikel come with the idea and source of the article.
But I don't remember reading in any historical terms that native Siberians moved to Grozni for operations or supplied.

There is already Whites have direct control of many factions than they did historically. IMHO in game turns uniting whites under Siberians is a good idea but not they use each other supplies as you suggested.

Caucasus in my opinion is definitely a Southern White theatre, since the soviet troops from the Kuban may easily retreat there and the needs of coordination between the Terek cossacks and Southerners is far greater than the Siberians and Terek Cossacks.Plus there is the railroad factor, the Caucasian railroads are connected to the Southern railway network and has no contact with the Siberian network. For the Siberians this theatre is worthless while for the South it poses an opportunity to become their deep rear. And the Siberians, in my opinion, already have too many troops to look after already.

And I never suggested to unite the Siberian and South troops under one command, I suggested to allow the Siberians and South in case of an emergency(example: Siberian troops from Astrakhan that retreated to Groznyi) to consume supplies of one another.

Yes Tereks better be with southern white faction despite they were under Kolchak OOB. Caucasia was southern whites theatre but was not fully controlled by them AFAIK. Clovis(fatal years) made additional green revolts in north Caucasia (There is some already historical Soviet friendly green revolts occur in Novorossiysk in 1919) to slow Denikin march to Ukraine or wherever. That theatre is heavy in traffic but Siberians have highway to Moscow , no speed restriction. If they also share supplies with southerners then they will reach Moscow about the same speed as the plane :D

Which theatre: Caucasus? How does sharing supplies on the Caucasus affect the movement of the Siberians to Moscow?

Always ask yourself: "Am I part of the Solution?" If you aren't, then you are part of the Problem!
