Nop, it's not.
A "release candidate" is the result of several monthes of coding and testing.
But, it does not mean we are not going to test it one last time.
Pocus told me he would have prefered to release the game one week later in order to perfect the AI.
I answered him " Right, just leave me some time to hide my family first"
We are not over optimistic. We can reasonable assume that some bugs or scritping errors have not been found by the Beta team. This is bound to happen. But we know we'll be able to patch them ASAP like we have always done.
And if the game is really released 100% bug free, we'll still release some patchs in order to implement new campaigns, to improve the AI or finely tune the game balance.
Right now, Pocus thinks the game is as stable as BoA 1.0. In the last two weeks, most of problems were script errors. These are very tricky to track down, but some betas are real hunters.
