How to Make 2 Corps Move at the Same Speed

I want to attack Koeniggratz with Rechts and Keith Kolumns, but Keith arrives at 10th day and Rechts arrives at 12nd day. How i can make them move at the same speed? I know there is synchronize move order, but Elbe Armee is located at somewhere else so it does not work.
Another question is about reinforcements. I read that replacements work for destroyed elements, not for damaged ones. So how i can reinforce those damaged (red) elements? I waited with them in Prag for 1 turn, but soldier number was same.

If two corps from the same army are in the same province and they have the same movement path the synchronize move order should work too.

As for replacements - chits work for damaged elements too. In order to recieve them your forces need to start a turn in a region with a depot and be fully suplied (and then its a bit random who gets them).
