Turorial II step 6 malfunction

Step 6. I have to drag & drop a calvary unit in order to do a fusion with another cavalry unit, a pop-up window must to be opened now, and no pop-up window.

I must stop the tutorial. I need your help.

Notice that this tutorial still wrong about the 1st russian army (french translation). This army is not located at "Pologne du nord", as explained, but located at "Taurogen".

I allready explained this problem few years ago....

Try to drop the unit over the base of the soldier icon, or use the Forces Management window.
