AGEod's American Civil War development has been stopped.

Sat Apr 07, 2007 1:06 pm

... because it's 100% finished!!!! :niark:

Sorry, I could not resist this one...

We're busy testing and fixing the last details, you can expect some really good news in the next coming days...

Did we mention something about Fort Sumter? :innocent:

Best regards,

Korrigan

I have been playing computer and boardgame strategic games for over three decades and I have never played a more historically accurate game than Birth of America. That ageod was able to be so faithful to history while producing such a playable game system was nothing short of a minor miracle. I eagerly look forward to the release of the Civil War game and I hope that ageod will reap great sales from it. Certainly they have earned it.

Because of your heart stopping message,I refuse to continue to check this forum twice a day.
I think I will instead look to play a new game by a small French company
called AGEod's American Civil War .You might have heard of it!

Looking forward to it. There hasn't been a good game in this category for a long time. I predict it will be a very strong seller for you guys. The number of people here in the States who are interested in the Civil War is quite large, and AACW should appeal to many.

Yer killin' me, Korrigan.

Now that I've been resurrected - I mean, received CPR - I'm happier than I was after Cousin Susie got her silicone implants.

I have not played the BoA but I anxiously await the AACW. Perhaps a PBEM with one in the future.

Hi,
I intend to download the game a few minutes after it's released.
How do I know the game has been released.
Not asking for a date or time, just asking what is the best way to find out that the download is ready?
What website or page should we be paying attention to?

I think Philippe Thibault and Philippe Malacher will make the announcement here.

It'll be a pleasure to first share the news with all the members of the AGEOD forum community.

A press communiqué will be sent, and we plan to send a mail to all of our previous customers and forum users.

But to answer to your question, you might want to check this website:

Well, if they don't, it will probably be the start of the Philippe-onnesian wars...
