declare war on china as japan, then switch factions to china using the console, then give japan all the territories you wanted, then switch back and accept the offer. Thats what i did, since i consider the war score system to be a bit broken.

I did have about 80% of china's territories, and only like 20% of the WS needed for korea, so i ended up cheating it.

Clever strategy! A pity it cannot be implemented in real life. Think about defeating Hitler as Poland in 1939...
