1) This post should be better posted at the main official 1.03 thread.

2) SEPRUS is distributing RUS and as such, even without the author of the bug, have the responsability of having released it. Such bugs are maybe unavoidable, but at last, in such a case, customers have the right at least to get an explanation and maybe some insight about the future. That's not even business, just normal behaviour.

the more I play this the more I become convinced that RUS is one of the best strategy games I have ever played... and I have played many since the mid 80's. The AI in this mod is at level with Sid Meier's best efforts.

Having randomized a bit Green insurrections, I've got interesting results like this Green uprising in Penza during September 18, immediatly in the rear of the front.

Very soon, but there's a price ;)

1) There could be install problems as I've no time to test with a 1.02b version not upgraded to 3.0. Generally, this install troubles is due to mdl or units id overlapping, so it's easily fixed.

2) I've only run short prelimary tests with Reds and Southern Whites. Siberian White AI is working but I can't say if options for example aere bug free. I haven't stressed all Red and Southern White options.

3) Some minor works for AI in Turkestan and a painful to implement but worth new AI event feature aren't done....

4) Of course, balance between factions is mostly terra incognita with this new version.

At least, I will have warned you :) And I will be sorry if ever troubles arise. I could even say it openly :bonk:

And please be back to signal bugs, glitches and subpar things. Any report is helping me by saving time. Once Baris did that with tremendous efficacity, but he's now ruling a crumbling Ottoman Empire in PON ;)

Ok, here's the first report after the very first turn. From the screenshot you can see that there's a flag on the bridge leading to Maikop and text "the pass is now blocked by heavy snowfalls". It is July...

Another red circle and little arrow show a typo.

Don't know if this is working as intended, but Northern Whites under Siberian AI control seem to be very passive. Miller's column have been at Murmansk doing nothing for several turns.

Not always. I've seen it taking offensive soon. The AI behaviour is really variable and that's WAD. Miller taking offensive always soon will not surprise Red player. The best movement, if predictable, has less value than a worse one unpredicted ;)

Oh, I should add that I have the northern Brits under my control, and I moved them to Segezha from Murmansk as soon as possible, taking control of it. It would be logical if Miller would follow the same path as soon as possible... unless there are activation problems, of course (I have the rule on).

Northern Brits under your control...I've forgotten some events :)

Could you give me the name of British units under your control?

Thanks

BTW, missing strings don't infer events aren't working, just the text string is lacking, generally because of the sudden commitment of my wife or my child :)

BTW, I don't find why you have Brit units under your control in Murmansk. I assume you're playing Southern Whites and I just checked vainly files. Could you give me at last name of a leader British leader or unit under your control?
