some questions

Hello, I am experiencing the game some while. As Britain, why can't I build a new textile mill? Only after deleting the textile mill in London, next turn there is one buildable in the build menu. It has a number (one) in the left corner. The other buildable icons have numbers too. I haven't seen anything about this in the manual.
Next, when I send order to build the textile mill, the amount of materials wanishes, but the mill doesn't appear in London. Is there a limit of buildings per city? You can't scroll to right. Only after deleting another building the textile mill
began to build. But next turn, it wanished from London without trace!
Next, how do I get a merchant ship or fleet?
I am playing Japan now, but I don't see any merchant ship.
When playing Britain, I don't see how to build merchand ships too.
Next, I am missing an overview of all industry and their locations.
In the manual, I am missing a overview about all units and buildings with information what they do, what do you need for build, and what they produce or consume. There is only a rough overview about industry.
And I am missing an information about the prestige points (how many do you get or lose for which action)

I hope, You can help

Every structure in the game has a force pool, so if you don't see one in the buildable section, there is none left to be built (which is positive, it means you have all of them on the map)

This is the case for the British textile industry (the strongest in the world at start)....

More buildings are added over time (i.e. FP increase) with technology and economic expansion, this is dynamic...

The merchant fleets are in the military construction menu (naval field)

We don't have a summary chart of all your industries right now
