Steam

Forgive me if this has been asked before, but will this game be available on Steam? ROP and BOA were, but I haven't seen any other AGEOD games on there so I was just wondering.

I've been very pleased with GamersGate, and they've got all the ageod stuff.

I've always been surprised about the level of dislike about Steam on these forums. Steam is the only way I buy games these days, it's just so convenient for me.

FYI, you can let it auto log-in for you, or you can just play in offline mode if you really don't like signing in.

Main reason is that, if you read the User Agreement thingy, Steam lends you the games you "buy", while Gamersgate (and GoG, and maybe other I don't know) sells them to you. Steams theorically can take "its" games back any time.

I think that may be overstating it a bit. No offense to gamersgate, but I'd be more worried about them going out of business then I am about Steam going out of business. The games are on my hard drive when I download them, so it's not like they can go in and delete it off my computer. All they can do is make it so I can't download it again.

I think that chance is vanishingly remote, and it's not like they could have any motive to "take them back". They can't resell them or anything.

you can keep all of the downloaded programs and keys (if necessary) from GG on your hard drive too, if you like.

I'm sure both are fine, but in my experience from using Impulse, Steam, Direct-2-Drive, & GG, I find I like GG the best. Easiest to use and most painless in my opinion. But they all get the job done, and get us our games on way or another! It's all a matter of personal preference

Can we expect that the game will also be available via the Ageod webshop ?
