Simple Newbie Question

this may be a simple question, but:

on the saved games list, some scenarios have what appears to be a red paper clip at its front and other saved scenarios don't?

What does that 'red paper clip' mean?

It just means that there are orders for that given side for that file.

Oh I see, so I saved that game before finishing the orders or finalizing the turn?
