The game doesn't come out for a few months, and is still very much in development. That said, I can't imagine that they won't release a demo within the month or so before the release (June 7).

Johan has said :
There is a high probability that we will release a demo. We always aim to have one for all games we publish.

Yes, the idea is to have a demo... like with any previous AGEOD game.

Personally I hope they release some kind of beta-demo, a complicated game like this would benefit highly from some pre-release feedback they can use for last minute fixes.
Especially since this is THE Ageod game for me, even though I have the Civil War game I had this game as my main reason for staying here. I hope they spend some extra time polishing maps and counters etc before it goes out hte door.

I think AGEOD would benefit from a succesful release.

The demo will be out a few weeks before the release date.

How about an AAR meanwhile? ;)

It would be nice to see how some of the minor powers play out, like Italy.

Like all AGEOD products, this will be a purchase on release day buy for me. Having said that, I am eager to play the demo. Now that we are hopefully less than a month away from release, any idea as to when the demo will be released?
