New Player Seeks Adversary

I just got the full version of NCP (updated to 1.06) and am looking for a PBEM opponent in one of the shorter scenarios. Just to get a feel for the game and see if I have anything remotely approaching a clue. I was thinking a double-blind game where each of us takes each side in simultaneous games of the same scenario to take into account that some scenarios are really difficult for one side or the other.

My lack of clue seems blatant, as I cannot figure out how to resolve the turn once I load it and make my moves, or what I have to do to save the turn and send it to my opponent. Color me embarassed, to alarming degrees.
