Generals; entry date

Hi,
playing 1.16rc 4a as CSA.
Im in August 1861 now and Polk + Sibley havent shown up yet. In the commander-guide i have downloaded (bburns9) it says they will arrive in june and july 1861. Is there a fixed entry-date or is it more random?

Polk can show up anytime between Late June 1861 to Early January 1862, usually in the Shelby, TN region.

Sibley can show up anytime between Early June 1861 to Early January 1862, usually in the Kaufman, TX region.

Curious that they haven't already shown up. Usually they show up the first possible turn since there's not really a percentage chance roll. Are those regions enemy occupied?

no, i control the regions and havent experienced this before. I have looked into the models files, but havent changed anything. could a small change make the commanders not-appear?

In the scripts folder there is a file called 'Script Report' which shows the scripts for the last turn.

Ive got the same problem with polk missing in the 1861 campaign with or without kentucky and dont know why either he doesnt show up at all whyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy

Maybe he decided to stick with the ministry.

I am using 1.16rc4a and he has shown up in every one. Total of about 5 starts with that version.

Current game he showed up Early July 61.

Never had a problem with Sibley either.
