Drang nach Osten

Tue Nov 23, 2010 9:54 pm

I want to congratulate the person who create the Drang nach Osten campaign.
Normally i don´t like what if scenarios but this one is really amazing. It is plausible, well researched and it looks like it is balanced too. I had never imagine that this engine could handle so many units. In contrast the American Civil War looks tiny. :D

Keep up the good work. :coeurs:

The AI for this scenario should be optimized for the next patch.

REd situation is more favourable. I would say RED AI to be a little stronger. BuT White AI aren't without ressources.... Try and report problems... ;)

I concur, looks like Genius! I haven't started to play it yet, but had a brief look at it, and it looks incredible!

I was really looking forward to this scenario, and it seems excellent so far. Can't wait to play it.

Dno

DNO was a HUGE paper wargame. Even setting it up was enough to tire one out. I once set it up on the bed in the spare bed room. The cat destroyed all my work!!! Lol. I put it away with the wish it could be converted to computer. t

OT: My cat used to be the doom of many campaigns back when I had a cat (80's and 90's). Spouse and children have caused much fewer cat-astrophes, even though they numerically outnumber the amount of cats I had 5:1.

The worst cases always seemed to happen with 3W's Clas of Steel. The cat succeeded to mess up both maps (the game used/uses a double-blind system where both players had their own map) of an on-going game, usually when we took a coffee break but once when we are actually playing (jumped first on my map messing it up, then when I shouted at the cat he rocketed across the room and jumped on the other table where my mate was studying his map).

No wonder I fell in love with Columbia Games block-system. Those games are much more robust against cat-intervetnions
There are three kinds of people: Those who can can count and those who can't.
