validation process

i decided to buy wars in america in ageod website, it said it needs validation and for 10 minutes i didnt receive an e mail whether it is paid or not.

It may depend on the payment mode you used. For instance if you pay with PayPal, you need a certified account there.
Let me know by PM here your purchase details (name, date, email used, payment method) so I can check. Please note that I am away on vacation now and sales team is off on week-ends

maybe i have a problem with bank. i will call them.but there wasnt a transaction failure notice in website. but very much thanks it is really hot here and im planning to go seaside in coming days.
