CSA Patriot

Thu Jun 24, 2010 6:01 am

What does CSA generals Price and Hindman patriot buff actually do? I had Price in Richmond which was generating 8 recruits (32 total) a turn I moved him into West Virginia and there was no change. Is this not supposed to be like Burnsides Recruiting Officer buff?

Or does this only effect raiders?

Any factual info on this stat works would be much appreciated.

Ok I'm guessing that "Gives a 25% bonus to the raise of partisans " means either a buff to generating ones or you get another 1 for every 4.

What does "and volunteers in the State where he is present. " actually do?

You're talking about those units that are auto-raised because of enemy invasion, right? Or something else completely?

I think he's talking about the times (usually twice a year or so) when you get a 2nd prompt towards the bottom stating "X many new units have been raised" and it's all static militia with a few partisans thrown in. I think patriot increases how many of those static militia/partisans are raised.

But only for 1 state each. That seems like it would be hard to quantify/track.
