The latest official patch is 1.08F: http://www.ageod-forum.com/showthread.php?t=17797

The latest beta patch is 1.08H: http://www.ageod-forum.com/showthread.php?t=17982

The beta patch is stable, no crash/freeze reported.

Bushy,

The upgrade kit is well worth the money....I advise you to get it....for the price you wont be disapointed.

Ouch! I missed that Bushy hasn't the Gold installed! Sorry...

In such a case, the latest patch for the old WW1 is 1.07F. It's free, of course.
You can find it here:

It's the pre-Gold free patch 1.07F.

Hi guys

I don't want to go to gold until I see if the new patch for the original will fix my problems with the game being so slow when I move the mouse or click anywhere. I did try the 108 patch, but that kept coming back saying I had the wrong serial key, so I will give this 107 patch a go after I reinstall the game again :neener: .

regards

Ok, as soon we publish the new official patch 1.08I, we will make public also the pre-Gold free 1.07I. Both patches will include the game performance improvements (Win7 single-CPU run mode) that should be the solution for your problems.

Just a few days of patience.

Thanks,
Calvinus.

Why not install the gold demo?

Right! It's installed in a different folder, so the two WW1 games 1.07 and demo 1.08 can cohexist. Then you apply the 1.08H demo patch and check if the game performance is improved... ;)

Bushy if your rig is a multi-core system try running the game with Affinity set to 1. You will notice a big improvement. ;)
