Am I Winning ?

This may sound really stupid, but how does one determine if he is winning or not ? Is there a way to compare National Will against other countries ? Say I am playing Germany in a 4 player campaign against the AI. I finish 1914 and have not taken Paris, but want to see how I did otherwise. How would I know ? Thanks.
