Well, for my AARs, I use Materializer. It allows you to assign a specific key to take screen captures automatically, the format of the resulting image (jpg, png, etc), assign the name that you want to put them (for example: AAR_CSA_) and in which folder you want to save them.
The progam automatically puts all your images in there numbering them 1, 2, 3 and so on (AAR_CSA_1, AAR_CSA_2, etc).
So, later, when you quit, you can start editing them with any image editing program.
This allows you to avoid doing ALT+TAB constantly to copy & paste... you just concentrate on playing and at the same time, you take all the images that you want.
There are a lot of programs out there that do a similar thing and are more user friendly and/or newer.
