Lost Serial Key

Sat Jun 20, 2009 6:06 pm

I've lost my manual with the serial key on it and now I am unable to play the game. I've already sent an email to support but haven't gotten a reply in two days. Anyway y'all could help me out?

Look at post 14. It might help.

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you about this, johnnyreb. I've seen the mail you have sent to support, but unfortunately, I don't have access to the customer database, so I'm unable to retrieve your serial key right now.

I'm unable to tell you when you can expect to get your serial key, but let me know if you haven't heard anything by Monday, and I'll look further into things :)

I'll check asap, it is me who handle this kind of things generally. You must have bought the game on the AGEOD website in order to be found on our database though...

I know I'm preaching to the choir here, but Ageod's support is amazing! Try sending that msg to, say, Blizzard. Do you think you'd get a personal response, let alone msgs from two of the top guys?

This is one of the GREAT  things I like about this forum!!!!!!!!! The guys (administrators or whatever you call them) here really make me feel they care about the game(s), players & just plain ol' HELPING!!!! You guys do it the old fashioned way: You earn the respect of all of us. That's a great thing; customer service & a friendly attitude are sorely lacking in today's world.

Thanks for the kind words. Though we always can do more/better and always will strive to do so, it's good to hear that we get stuff right every now and then. :)

The important thing, though, is whether johnnyreb6 got his serial key or not. Johnny?

I'm still unsure if this is the same person as the player who bought the game at E-Bay and lost his key. I believed at first that Johnnyrb6 was an AGEOD buyer, but if not, things are a bit more touchy, as everyone can understand.

Resurrecting this post from its long death:

Thank you for the response and I apologize for not check the forums since then.

As it stands, the manual seems to be lost for good. I sent an email yesterday to AGEOD support inquiring about the serial key once more and have included everything I know about the purchase and CD.
