Robert M Holmes should be Theophilus H Holmes. He was best known for not doing much at the Seven Days battles particularly at Malvern Hill. When transfered to the Transmississippi his subordinates complained that he was not fit for the command. I'd lower his stategic rating to 2 and give him teh overcautious ability
