Computer Crash; Lost Game

Wed Dec 09, 2009 12:37 am

Last year I bought a download copy of American Civil War from Ageod. Recently I had an awful computer crash and lost all of my files, including of course the game. Since there is no hard copy, I have no way of reinstalling the game.

How can I get my game restored, short of buying the game a second time?

Edit: I sent a message along these lines several days ago to Ageod's customer service email and have never received a response. :(

Where did you send your message? We have not received anything... send us a PM here with all your personal details (name, address, date of purchase, email) so we can trace your original purchase and send you a copy...

Experienced the same with a WW1 download. Also the part with the customer service.

Will do as you advised.

The support mail box (support@ageod.com) is empty except for one message which is being processed.

If you don't get an answer within a few days, then PM either PhilThib or me (Pocus).

I contacted the support maybe six to eight weeks ago, without getting an answer, which I then took for "no way".

PM to PT already sent.

Sorry to hijack this AACW thread.

Best regards

Thanks so much! I'll do that right away.

I sent my message via the "technical support" link on the official Ageod website.
