Missing Flag: Madisonville

Control flag is missing from Madisonville. Anyone else?

I have no idea if it was like this before or if it's WAD, but under the current patch there are lots of regions that do not display a flag unless the "region owner" filter is turned on. Here is a picture showing both Henderson (Madisonville) and Harrison, IN both w/ and w/o the filter button pushed:

mm noticed a common denominator, all regions with standalone ports dont display ownership flag.

Good observation MrT - upon checking it is actually any region with a port, either standalone or in a city/town. None of these regions display the flag unless the button for region control is pushed.

I don't know if any work has been done on this minor problem, but if it helps, I have noticed that the flag of ownership still appears in the replays. So might be a clue to an easy fix. The before file is for during the turn and the ownership flag is missing as Chaplain Lovejoy has indicated. But the replay shot shows the flag ownership icon.
I'm using 1.14 vanilla with no fixes or mods.
