Foreign intervention

I'd like to see a separate command structure for foreign armies.

As it is, foreign generals are integrated into the existing American structure, causing absolute havoc.

Further, the foreign divisions count towards your division limit. So any promotable commanders, in charge a division, are stuck in command, as you will lose the ability of reform his division with a new leader!

I know this is most likely a game-engire limitation and cannot be fixed, however, maybe for AACW 2!

...nevertheless, maybe an(other) small reason to increase division cap for the CSA...

What about changing the division cap only after FI is triggered? Say for example, add 10 divisions to the division cap (to represent the extra troops). To be fair, you could add it to both sides. This would solve the too many divisions during FI problem, and not start a we have to many divisions during the game.

I'd prefer not to start a division discussion again. :P

Besides, it's not only the addition of the foreign divisions to the pool...the foreign generals seniority also conflicts with American generals after the intervention.

From now on I will just play with FI off
