Hi Mike,

You can find and download the latest patch (1.10d) from this thread:

http://www.ageod-forum.com/showthread.php?t=1816

I've linked the 1.10d patch for you here for ease as well:

http://ageoddl.telechargement.fr/BoA_patch1.10.exe

Enjoy. :)

All I can say is that is what was (or is.) on the disk. All I used was my standerd stuff from microsoft. Came with the machine. But I had downloaded stuff before and often when I got it on my machine I would have to unpack it. This stuff was winzip and I had used that before so I just double clicked on it using my left mouse button and that was when I got that message?

good to talk to you pocus. It says BoA_patch1.10. when the game is booted it says version 1.08 so I don't really know what i've got. I went into properties and it says built with inno Setup. Never heard of it but it was on the disk. Very confusing . Thanks for the help.

Are you sure you are applying the patch to the right directory, the one of the game (sorry if it sounds as a silly question!)

No I do not take it as a silly question. I do not put it anywhere. I just click on it to open it and it goes from there. I don't know if you are familer with winzip but the person who packs it up does it in such a way that all the person who gets has to do is click on it and it begins to extract it self. All you may have to do is (within the peramaters of winzip) show it where to open to. It is simple enough that even I with my limited knowledge of computers can do it. Or I thought I could. Thanks for the help.

I don't quite understand, the patch is an executable, not a zip. When you double left click on it, you have first a small dialog box asking you what is your language, then a window telling you "welcome to BOA setup wizard, this will install 1.10d". Then third this screen:

Is it ok so far?

you can email me at support@ageod.com

I would be interested by the size in bytes of your patch (do a right click on it, properties).

Thanks Pocus,
it took and it runs. I owe you one. Not being able to see it, have you a guess or any idea what that thing is that calls itself a patch that came on the disk????? Merry Christmas and a happy new year.

I really don't know, you told me the size was 131 kb IIRC, so you can delete it safely.

This is a question for anyone. Is this a solatare and lan line game only? I saw where I could turn th AI off and that is what prompted the question. I wonderd if you could play hot seat?? Just curious.

hot seat or PBEM, or even LAN if you transmit the files by yourself. There is a section on multiplayer in the manual.
