Why don't Allies share Tech??

Playing with Germ, Aus, Italy, Turkey: all have discover techs, but none are shared, been over a year. Anybody know of a way to make them play nice and share?

Techs should spread automatically, but some don't at all.

Agreed, this does seem to be a bug. I have never had an ally share research. I hadn't mentioned it because I have yet to get more than a year into a campaign so far, so wasn't sure how long it was possible for the sharing to take.

Can you also see if the tech research routines are OK?

I found that the number of turns a technology is researched is still 0 turns after turns.
So the percentage remains the same.

As I already posted in another thread, it means you never successfully started the researchs on that technology. Two types of checks are performed: the start check (to determine if the reseachs can be undertaken) and the research improvement check (these checks improve the turns counter). This is why you see always 0 turns since the start of researchs.
