I need help...

Just purchased and downloaded WWI. When I start the .exe file to install I get a message saying...CRC error. Continue? The error message is from Power Archiver that I use to unzip files. Could I have gotten a bad download? I purchased through Matrix and it took over 45 minutes. I just had a feeling this was not going to be easy.
