Both, you can download the game in advance, but you can't play it before the exact official time (11/11/11), and even then you need a small patch to update/unlock the game... what you save is huge download time on peak release date...

So, a little improvement from the BOA2/WIA situation which I bought from AGEOD without VAT.
They now know that Poland is in EU, but still have problems with Slovenia. Surely, with next game you will get a chance to pay VAT too

Just downloaded it and payed due vat (checked Europe as location on the main page. Portugal at least is en Europe.... )
BUT, I could also have selected USA, and it seems I would pay only 49,99 dollars (no vat; my address would show as USA). Is this WAD ?

As a side note, why do you not consider, in your next game, making also possible a "pre-load" but as a paying final beta ?. I for one would be perfectly happy with the chance, paying the same as a final game, to be able to help iron out a final release due in 2 or 3 weeks, and I bet that most folks that now will pay for a non-playable "pre-load" (:bonk would also...

Tried to order the games three times through paypal did not let me download or as of today it did not charge my Paypal account. Would like to preorder the game just want to make sure I wont get charged three or four times, could you please check and see if I have purchased the game or have been charged for it.

Most likely because your PayPal account is not 'verified' or 'approved'...check this out, and it should work perfect. Or try to purchase with a credit card. We usually find those problems linked to PayPal activation and there is nothing that we can do on our side
