Ledger pages

Any way to increase the number of available ledger pages?

At present have a couple of needs:

1. Reducing Military Options to 4 from original 6, so to host pictures, I'll be in the need to increase Military options pages.

2. With 1813 GC I introduced options granting minor countries replacements: with that I'll need to duplicate the number of pages in the available replacement roster.

Not possible easily, our interface can't adapt like that; But you can have several pages for options now, so you can say have 3 pages of military options (12) and 3 of political options (12 again). Should be enough I think.

Sounds good: I was thinking just 2 were supported.
So, 12 + 12 options, supporting picture are enough!
