newbies questions/first post, please don't shoot me !! leure:

The AACWWiki stated, I Quote" If all of a state’s units are in play, the state can’t field more units until some are eliminated".(Fair enough)

Question: How fast is the recovery period ? meaning, if i build 10 out of 10 units lets say in Oregon, 2 of them dies, how longs(turn) does it take for me to be able to build those 2 units in Oregon again? Does NM play a role? is it possible to speed up the process (industries ? ).
Does industries help to incrase the amount of units produce per Region/State ?

well if two of those units die then you should be able to build them right away, they will still take the normal time to get completlty up to strenght though. nice to see you here on the forums
