Mexican Artillery

It seems Mexican batteries have men assigned to them, but they have no horses or guns. Is it correct?

Hi Fern,

the display of Men, Guns and Horses was introduced quite some time after release with a patch. So it might be, that there are still some flaws in the unit DB concerning this. So if you find a unit there the number of Men/Guns/Horses is obviously wrong please report and we can correct this. It would be perfect if you could deliver the information about the correct numbers at the same time, this would spare us work. :)
But as Gray_Lensman said, these numbers have no impact on the actual gameplay.

Cheers
Norbert

ALL Mexican artillery and Cavalry units show just the men. No horses or artillery:

Cavalry:

Ejército de México (Porfirio Díaz):
1st Cavalry Brigade: 500 men 0/0 horses
2nd Cavalry Brigade: 500 men, 0/0 horses
Rurales Light Cav. Regiment: 600 men 0/0 horses
1st Artillery Brigade/2nd Art. Battery (light 6 pdr): 150 men, 0/0 horses, 0/0 guns
1st Art. Battery (in Regular Brigade) light 6 pdr: 150 men, 0/0 horses, 0/0 guns

Álvarez Command:
2nd Rurales lLight cavalry regiment: 600 men, 0/0 horses
Resguardo Light Cav. Militia Regiment: 600 men, 0/0 horses
Nordeste Artillery (12 pdr): 150 men, 0/0 horses, 0/0 guns
3rd Atillery Battery (in 1st Brigade) light 6 pdr: 150 men, 0/0 horses, 0/0 guns

Chihuahua Detachment:
Chihuahua Artillery (light 6 pdr): 150 men, 0/0 horses, 0/0 guns

Mexico city detachment
Morelos Light Cav. Regiment: 600 men, 0/0 horses
México Artillery (light 6 pdr): 150 men, 0/0 horses

I don't know about the French and British Expeditionary Forces because I have found it while playing the Union side. Neither I know whether the Mexican batteries are 8 or 12 gun-strong.

Btw I find VERY useful to know how many men, horses and guns I have in my stacks. I obviously check cohesion and overall power (in points), but knowing how many men, horses and guns I have in every stack helps me a lot to know the strenght of my forces on the field. It doesn't affect combat resolution, but I find it is a REALLY useful player aid.
