Naming conventions

Just some things I noticed ...

- It says "conscription points" in the political screen but "conscript companies" in the reinforcement / replacement screens.

- Also: usually it says "N thousand dollars", but in the mouse-over explanation of costs, for instance for enabling divisional command, it says "N money".

- Finally, in the economics screen it says "supply wagons" as production unit. Should that be "war supplies", "supply points" or something like that? As a "supply wagon" is a military unit on the map as well.
