under the new beta the kingdom of Italy does not provide supply for the French, nor can I build depots on their land. Westphalia also does not provide support even though they are in the French Alliance.

I would need confirmation from someone else as the improved code which was working has not been retouched in the latest patch.

Westphalia provides no supply, Wurttemberg and Bavaria only provide munitions, no supply, but I can make supply depots in Italy.

munitions and supply are using the same system, so here if you get one and not the other, it has more to do with the supply grid being unable to follow all the consumption from units.
