Playing 7 player pbem game and the above happened. Ottomans dont want to be allied. Can it be cancelled? How do we get out of it?

I understand that this is an optional choice on the latest patch. I do not recall seeing or choosing the option.

Since it is not historical it would be better if the host actually had to actively choose the option.

How can this option be canceled if the game is already started???
