Presburg Glitch

Hello and Happy New Year.
I'd be happy to know just what exactly triggers the Presburg Peace and its outcome, I've read somewhere the end-results did not include Dalmatia (lucky winner who manages to get the PP's triggered and see Dalmatia is not part of the bundle); I can get over it with that one and not implement perky cravates from Hravsko to my soldiers. This being said, for some reason the event does not trigger in my case (I usually get a counter from Austria offering 454 pound and no territory) or funnier enough, if I try to trick, reload the game as Austrian, accept the French offer and log back in, the end-result is as below once Austria accepted it:
1. Austria moved up from 15 to 48 morale
2. Bavaria is still unakcknowedged by Austria
3. Tyrol is still Austrian
4. Ditto for the Venetto
Needless to say, I suspect this result is simply the game not liking Napoléon muscle methods trying to force the Kaiser's by pulling his left arm behind him and forcing him to sign at Bratislava, still.. I'd be simply happy if Franz just accepted he lost and signed the godamn agreement?

I have tried every combo possible; this is my latest attempt after completely removing the game, reinstalling (including latest patch update) and having a single August campaign in my saves, with all standard options on; in this specific case I have tried to run the event (on the French side only) as early as turn 8, then held my breath to 11; avoided invading Hungria and such; as I still don't get if this me doing something wrong and not matching certain prereqs to trigger it properly; some glitch in the script, or my computer specs (which I seriously doubt I'm running at i-7 3Ghz on a latest NVidia card).
Now this is not my first try for the record, I have run about 10 campaigns from either January or August and going as far as 1807; on pre-patch or post; all of them failing miserably on negociating a quid-pro-quo with the Empire; at one point I had Napoleon sitting in Wien for about 2 years; 90% of the Austrian territory under French control, and yet, when I asked the Kaiser to give me in a peace offer Tyrol and Venetto; he would counter me with a 20 pound offer despite having no armies except the odd hungarians and 12 morale.
Without writing down a very long list of all odd things I've seen during those multiple attempts, could I have help on this one?

Without logs and saves we can't see what is wrong... on our side (and for quite a few players) it works well. The treaty effects appear 2-3 turns AFTER it has been signed (not immediate). As mentioned in another thread, AI has 100% acceptance ratio of the treaty when conditions are met.

Just another quick one, what would be those conditions? Morale/VP tallies; specific locations (I havent bothered to storm out Ragusa in this one, is it part of the conditions?)-Thanks!
Note: I have reloaded on the French side the screenie above, the French for some reason depleted half of its forces, Augereau; Bernadotte; Murat Davout have disappeared with their forces; I'll try to move back 3 turns before with the logs and re-enact.

By the way, I can't get the dissolve the HRE to work. And yes, I've met all the conditions on the tooltips. I have a bunch of files aved. Tell me which ones you want.
