Newbie questions on Unit-Status

Hello,
there are some Infos are not clear or up to date in the manual.
What does the blue column on a unit counter mean?
What does it mean, when a column is smaller than another?
What does it mean, when the column is not completely blue?
What do the green and blue column on a Force counter mean?

Hi!
Red bar is health (number of hits/men)
Blue is cohesion
Green is supply

This on force counters on map.
Unit Counters on the lower panel only have heath and cohesion bars.
Low quality units with low max cohesion usually show a shorter cohesion bar.

When any of this bars are partially empty it shows how much health cohesion or supply the force or unit is currently missing
