My strictly unofficialinstructions are:
There are 4 files on the zip you have to copy and paste them manually like this:
the .scn file goes on "scenarios" folder
The two .inc file goes on the "includes" folder
The .sct goes in the "scripts" folder
I have tested and works ok: you find the new scenario with the other ones on the main menu. Its the one with the "funny name"
I have opened it and seems to work OK.
By the way: i thought it was the complete war on the western theater, but is a shorter (24 turns) scenario: western campaign from late feb 62 to late feb 63.
Cheers!

Also the mid-length scenarios are a very nice change of pace from the exhausting marathon of the complete war type scenario. The lower unit density helps as well. I wish there were more scenarios of the mid-length.

Does anyone have a workable link?

I agee it's very important to have at least one mid size scenario, the small ones are nothing more than a simple learning tool.
Cheers, Chris
