question on resolution to deves

I have written this on other forms .so sorry if you read it .but like so many others
I have eye problems and to change the resolution I have to go to my desk top change it there
then go back to the game. when there should be something in game to change it there .like
most of the others . CTGW.OOBP.etc.but there is not. will the deves be adding it in maybe a patch soon
also one of the reson I ask is that I am thinking about buying to end all wars but not if it has this problems

there is an option to use bigger fonts in our games, this is in the system tab, in the options window of main menu, but aside that we have no plan to add more in a patch.
