Dang events!!!!!!!

Is there a programming switch that we can add to rebellion events, For those of us who like to play ahistorical it is a real game breaker to have one round have 100% and high contentment and the next round the population rebels! IRL these historical rebellion were not one day to the next people just going bat crap crazy and revolting. But long standing discontent that finally boils over, or there was a "final straw" type of thing. So what I am thinking is a population contentment based trigger for these events. Because IRL a lot of these rebellions would not have kicked off if the governments in question had been responsive to the needs/wants/demands of the people. Again why should we be held lockstep to the results (good and bad) of a coarse of action that we are not actually following......

yeah, i will love if rebelons were splited to two or more groups. ones - like natinalism revolts - will hapen allways (italian wars, civil war in japan..etc) , while others mostly unhapines based (some revolst in russia etc) will hapen only if hapiness is under certain limit in these regions.

I should mention that their was a twenty percent penalty on the doomstack, yet it still had that enormous numerical rating. There were so many units that the screen was not big enough to show them all in the tooltip.
