Renaming units

Hi guys, how do i remove the name of the unit I want to change please? I alt click but can't erase current unit name.

I was getting that in the official 1.4 patch, but it seems to have been fixed in the 1.5 RC patches (it works like it should in RC1 and RC3 for me, anyway).

Can someone direct me to these unofficial patches (e.g. 1.5)? Where can I get them?
