Ctl Click!

I know it's n00by but I've got to ask:

what do I do with the structures listed in a region with Ctl Click? Can I upgrade them? What's their purpose?

Alas, in AACW wasn't Ctl Click used to rename stacks? Is it still possible to rename stacks in CW2 like it used to be in AACW? (was it Alt Click perhaps? )

You can do nothing with the structures you see using Ctl-Click (no upgrade). By clicking on each of them you can see their production of the various kind of supplies.

To rename a stack, use the Alt-Click command.

Ah... wouldn't it be fun if it was possible to actually damage and destroy a structure?
Does the "scorched earth" work like that?
