Civil War II vrs. Parthian Wars Expansion

After a long time of debating with myself I went with purchasing Civil War II instead of Parthian Wars. I hope I don't regret it !

Civil War II is a brand new game, not an expansion, so I think you'll get your money worth, despite your nickname
