Critical Error in Version 1.02 [official?]

Critical error again ... I was dropping a pontoon unit in Fredricksburg, VA to be built when this happened:

To download the update, players can run “Check for Update” via the game menu or download it on the product download page.

Is the bug reproducible? I see it happens when you mouse over an unit in the interface.

It has not happened again, Pocus --- well into 1863 - all is well. AI making some nice 20,000 + forces to disrupt Mississippi River and other places. Took Memphis & Pensacola on same turn with large forces. Beat me back from St. Louis. Usually, I can take St. Loo with 3 divisions. This time, I was twice battered and am now licking my wounds at Jefferson City. Good job! I have DC & Annapolis, but a 70,000 man force came from Baltimore to thrash Jackson's & Longstreet's corps, so, that may be at risk.
