Public Beta Patch 1.02 - Can´t add capture artillery to divisions

1) In the changelog of 1.02 it states that now we can add capture elements to divisions, but I can´t actually do it so far

Is it implemented?

2) Also, Contraband unit ability appears as a question mark and no meaningfull text describing it shows up, only a string of text with no actual description

What is the purpose of Contraband units and what is this ability supposed to do?

Their just laborers I imagine. So something akin to engineering or maybe a pontoonier ability? Or maybe they can be trained into fighting units when you get the chance as the North to allow USCT and emancipation.

No, I thing a few things actually got changed back that were supposed to be in the patch.

Thanks for the answers

My two top priorities for added features would be to be able to manage foreign troops and to be able to use captures elements, so, I hope at least one makes it into the patch :)

Indeed & sorry, this was thought to be fixed but did not made into this patch. This is now definitively fixed.
