Help needed in re-downloading AJE

I apologize if this has already been answered in the forums. I pre-purchased AJE late last year. I reformatted my computer and am trying to re-download the game. I try to enter my account profile on the Ageod website and attempt to redownload the game in my "my keys" section but I get an error message stating that the game does not exist in the ageod game store. How can I re-download the game I paid for?
