Does anyone have a list of what the various Canadian political state abbreviations stand for (QC, UC, SL, EH, etc.)?

I had the same question in this thread a while ago
And this was the answer:

We had to find names for some of the cuts, and most of your analysis is right. Here are my original elements:

CB = Cap Breton
NS = Nova Scotia
AC = Acadia
GP = Gaspésie
SL = Saint Laurent
QC = Quebec
UC = Upper Canada
EH = En Haut (Pays d'En Haut is the name given by French Canadians to the north and northwestern parts of Quebec, more or less towards Hudson Bay)
