Spec. Ops

I am just wondering, should southern whites really be able to use spec ops in Galicia, Baltic states, Finland and Caucasian states. Is that WAD? Of course maybe that was the case in history since Estonia supplied Yudenitch army.

No. AI will not use it. We have yet to fix that indeed. That'sone of the remaining bugs we have not had the time to suppress.
