Interphase?

Playing as AH in 4 player mode - can not find in the manuals how to get to the purchase screen during interphase. PLease help!!!

Also, some of the event cards need to be looked at: the latest is event played by Russia on Russia (in summation) - "Stosstrupen - Germany now gets a research bonus." Also just saw France play on Britain, an ally, a card to successfully incite rebellion.

Exactly! Another problem as current as it was before the gold version release.
And when allies play a card for me, I see nothing changing... Like Russia playing "xxx card": bonus of shadow of war on the west front for France during three turns, and nothing actually change, even at the next turn!

Concerning recruitment, just click on your recruit points, on the top left.

For the purchase menu, just click on the recruitment point icon in the upper left corner. Then the window should open where you can build units, ships etc.

I am not an expert, far from it, Tamas & co know much, much, more, but there are negative events, and sometimes you get stuck with them (although you should avoid playing them , of course - and the AI too... :bonk
